A group booking with an employer or a host behind it, which changes the billing and the timing more than the day itself.
Corporate bookings differ from social ones in two practical ways. Billing usually runs through one payer rather than each guest, so settle early how the location invoices, what it needs from your finance side, and how a no-show is treated. And the window is real: people have to be back. Give the location the return time the same way a bridal party gives a ceremony time.
Client appreciation adds one more layer, because your guests are not your staff. Ask how the location handles a guest list, whether someone can attend under the host's booking without giving payment details, and what it needs from each guest at intake. If some of your group wants one service and some another, say so — a mixed group is normal and only changes how many providers the location needs at once.
Tell us the occasion, how many people and when you need to be done. We will find the locations that can hold the group and get the terms in writing.
Book the GroupA head count and a date is plenty to start — we will follow up on timeline, deposit and what the location needs to know.
