One booking that puts the whole group on the schedule together, sequenced so everyone is done when you need to leave.
The difference between a group booking and several appointments is sequencing. A group booking tells the location how many people are coming, what each of them wants, and when the whole thing has to be over. The location then works out how many providers it needs at once and in what order people go. That is why we ask for a head count and a finish time before we ask about services.
Head counts move, and that is normal. What matters is knowing how late yours can change without breaking the booking, which varies by location and by how many providers were scheduled for you. Ask that question at the same time you ask about the deposit. If the group wants different services from different Habit lines, say so when you call and we will sort out what can be done at one address and what cannot.
Tell us the occasion, how many people and when you need to be done. We will find the locations that can hold the group and get the terms in writing.
Book the GroupA head count and a date is plenty to start — we will follow up on timeline, deposit and what the location needs to know.
